broadway terrace: the collected contemporary
It is true that many of the homes we work on are over 100 years old and need a quite of bit love and updating. However, a centennial birthday is not necessary for a house to feel a refresh is deserved. This home with fairly contemporary leanings was built roughly twenty years ago, yet the bathrooms already felt slightly worn and signalled a prior decade. The kitchen although aesthetically fine was non-functional which included cabinets that were too shallow for dinner plates and a non-existent pantry. Collaborating with our clients, we created a master bathroom sanctuary that was calm and collected.There is no doubt that the aesthetics of each of these spaces have improved, but more importantly, the improved functionality has streamlined this busy family's life for the better, which is always our primary goal.
